This site is a catalog and lookbook for Tomz Fashion Hub Ltd’s bespoke tailoring and ready-made fashion pieces. Browsing, saving items to your wishlist, and creating an account are all handled here. Placing an order, agreeing on measurements, pricing and delivery, and completing payment all happen through direct conversation with us on WhatsApp — this site does not process orders or payments itself.

You may create an account using a third-party sign-in option or an email address and password verified by a one-time code. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but fabric, availability, and pricing can change, especially for bespoke and made-to-order pieces. Some products are listed without a fixed price and require a quote via WhatsApp. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell at a stated price until confirmed directly with you in your WhatsApp conversation.

All orders are arranged and confirmed through WhatsApp. Payment terms, delivery timelines and any deposit requirements are agreed directly between you and Tomz Fashion Hub Ltd during that conversation, and are not governed by this website.

All content on this site — including photography, designs, logos and text — belongs to Tomz Fashion Hub Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the site’s normal operation
• Scrape or republish site content without permission

The site relies on third-party service providers to function — including hosting, account sign-in and security, and, only with your consent, analytics. Your use of WhatsApp to place an order is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, which we don’t control.
